| Hey all. New guy here just checking in to say hi. Been looking for a little while trying to find any helpful info for installing a Ford V8 in a '77 GT. The car is free, but, i just can't make myself scrap it out like the owner wanted me to. So, I decided to put that extra 302 to good use. |

OK guys and gals, I have searched all over here and 1st gen celica with no solid answers. What would be a good spring to use for my front end? I want it to be able to support the weight of the V8. Anyone know the specs on the Supra springs? Will they fit on the Celica strut?
Thanks |

You might want to look into coil-overs. If nothing else, the make the ride height adjustable. _________________ 3SGTE powered RA29

I agree with skeptic, putting in coilovers allows you to swap in springs that you can buy in many different spring rates.
I'm not sure anyone has swapped in an iron V8 here on this forum. _________________ My Album |
